Oktoberfest Nation ("we," "us," "our") is operated by WeLovePopUps LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites, buy tickets, sign up for our emails or text messages, or interact with our ads, and how we use and share that information.

This policy applies to oktoberfestnation.com, oktoberfesthtx.com, and the email and SMS programs we run for our Chicago and Houston Oktoberfest events. By using our sites or signing up for our messages, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, join our email or text list, buy a ticket, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing/ZIP information, and anything else you choose to include in a message to us.

Ticket purchases. Ticket sales are processed by our third-party ticketing provider on their own checkout pages. We receive order details such as the items purchased, order total, order date, and the name, email address, and phone number you gave at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card payments are handled by the ticketing provider and its payment processors.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our sites and our hosting provider record standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, internet service provider, date and time of your visit, referring and exit pages, and pages viewed. We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure site performance, and measure advertising.

Email and text messages

Email. You can join our email list through a form on our sites or at checkout. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but not transactional messages about an order you have already placed.

Text messages (SMS). If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you event and promotional texts about Oktoberfest Nation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
