  • Can I transfer my ticket?

    Tickets and packages are non-refundable. You can transfer tickets to a different date/time of equal value. Visit: Move orders between dates and times – Universe Help Center.


  • Is seating guaranteed?

    Seating: First come, first served and while we’ve got communal tables, we can’t guarantee seating. Get here early if you want to snag a prime perch for your stein and your squad.


  • Is parking available?

    Parking: We’re in the heart of Fulton Market and while that means great vibes and even better views, parking is extremely limited. Oktoberfest does not offer any designated lots and is not affiliated with valet or nearby garages. For a smoother arrival, we strongly encourage ride-sharing.


  • What if it rains?

    Weather: Come rain or shine, Oktoberfest is a fully outdoor celebration so dress for the weather and prepare to Prost either way.


  • Can I bring my pet?

    Pets: While we absolutely love animals of all kinds, Oktoberfest is a lively and stimulating environment filled with music, crowds, and clinking steins. For the comfort and safety of all guests, only service animals are permitted.


  • Is smoking allowed?

    Smoking: This is a non-smoking, non-vaping event.


  • Can I pay with cash?

    Cashless: We are 100 percent cashless and only accept Credit Cards or Apple Pay. No cash accepted anywhere on site.


  • What is the ticket policy?

    All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, you're welcome to reschedule for another available date. Just make sure it's the same day of the week and time slot as your original ticket.


  • What does the time on my ticket mean?

    The time on your ticket (for example: 5 PM) is simply your entry window. You can arrive any time after that. If you're running late, no worries. Once you're in, stay as long as you'd like and enjoy the party.
